  • Incorrect service or pricing details

  • Suspicious or unauthorized payments

  • Missing or unverifiable customer information

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 working days. In some cases, additional information may be requested before processing the order.

Cancellations by You

Unless mentioned otherwise, orders placed on the website cannot be cancelled by default.

However, if you have subscribed to a service, cancellation requests can be made based on the timeline below:

  • 30 days or more before the service start date: A full refund will be issued after deducting any applicable bank charges.

  • Between 30 and 14 days before the service start date: A 50% refund may be issued after bank charges are deducted.

  • Within 14 days of the service start date: No refund will be provided.
